In What Now, Ashley draws from deep within her own experiences and from God's Word to share insights on a wide range of topics. The result is a very helpful tool for anyone looking for answers to many of life's toughest questions.

What Now is profoundly raw. Ashley does an amazing job sharing truth in a way that is relatable, honest and super helpful. And...the amount of topics she covers is equally astounding. This is a must read for every person in search of answers.

What Now? has captivated me more then any other devotional ever has. Ashley relates to her readers on a very deep level as she shares her own struggles and victories while still pointing the reader to God. This devotional covers an extensive amount of topics. Brokenness, Busyness, Social Media Acceptance, just to name a few of my favorites, and many others. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to know more.

BIO

ASHLEY AKERS—wife to my best friend Scott for 23 years, mom to Tyler (and his sweet wife Chloe) and Mikella, and co-founder of One True Focus Ministries, Inc. based in Potosi, Missouri.
At One True Focus, Scott and I are passionate about helping people who are hurting encounter the healing power of Jesus Christ. Whether through writing, teaching, or simply talking one-on-one, my heart’s desire is to lead others to the hope and freedom only He provides.
I’m the author of What Now? Finding Freedom from the Hardships of Life and the LORD, You are My Song devotional series (Volumes 1 and 2: Songs of the Blessed and Songs of the Afflicted). I’m also currently working on more books, Bible studies, and e-courses—and I can’t wait to share them with you!
When I’m not writing or ministering, you’ll probably find me swinging a hammer on a renovation project, or spending time with my family on a cruise. Oh, and did I mention I love chocolate chip ice cream?
Thank you for stopping by—I’d love to connect with you and talk about Jesus.
